The Sultanate of Oman participated in an extraordinary ministerial meeting of the Council of the Arab League, to discuss the military escalation in the region.

Oman was represented at the online meeting by Ambassador Abdullah Alrahbi, the Oman’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States.

The meeting was convened at the request of the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of efforts to enhance joint Arab coordination, follow up on rapidly evolving regional developments, and align to positions on the escalation across the region.
