His Majesty inquired about the well-being of their countries and peoples, expressing Oman’s condemnation of the military escalation.

The statement includes attacks on sites in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq and Jordan.

The calls focused on briefing the Ministers on the key positive outcomes of the indirect Iran–US negotiations.

The executive programme of the memorandum of understanding relating to the agriculture, livestock and fisheries sectors for 2026–2027 was signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Qatar. The Foreign Ministers discussed regional developments, including ways to reduce and contain tension.

Khalid Algheilani, Deputy Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s Mission to Qatar, took part in the Forum on the Cultural Dimension of Sports, Tourism and Media. The Forum was held under the theme “A Partnership of Impact and Arab Identity: Qatar as a Model of Leadership.”

The Oman Garden won the award for the best content among the 77 participating countries.

Oman’s Ambassador to Qatar, Sayyid Ammar Abdullah Sultan Albusaidi, met with Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah, Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister. During the meeting, they reviewed relations between Oman and Qatar and ways to develop them in the security and military fields.

His Majesty the Sultan welcomed the Ambassadors and thanked the leaders of their countries for their greetings and good wishes.

Sayyid Badr Albusaidi and Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad bin Jassim Al Thani discussed matters of mutual interest.
