Groups of citizens arrived home in Oman from a number of GCC countries through land crossings.

Ali Al Hasani, Chargé d’Affaires of the Sultanate of Oman’s mission to China, took part in a joint meeting with Miao Deyu, Vice Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China, at the headquarters of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing. The Ministers highlighted the importance of reducing military escalation and strengthening diplomatic efforts to resolve the crisis.

The meeting included representatives of the GCC countries, Türkiye, Armenia and Arab leaders, as well as the Presidents of the European Council and the European Commission.

Groups of citizens arrived home today from a number of GCC countries and from Jordan.

Groups of citizens arriving from countries of the GCC also reached Oman safely through land border crossings.

Sayyid Badr stressed the need to give the highest priority to diplomatic pressure to stop the Israeli and American war against Iran.

Ambassador Mohammed Alkathiri, Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s mission to Senegal, alongside Ambassadors and representatives of the embassies of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council states took part in a meeting with Cheikh Niang, Minister of African Integration, Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad. The meeting reviewed the ongoing developments in the region and their repercussions.

The meeting’s final statement called for de-escalation, emphasising that the only way to resolve the conflict is through dialogue.
