Political Undersecretary receives Deputy Foreign Minister of Yemen

Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs met in Muscat with Mustafa Ahmed Noman, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Republic of Yemen.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Yemen. They discussed the Yemeni issue and the efforts under way to reach a consensual political solution among the Yemeni parties that would end the conflict and restore stability to Yemen.

The meeting was attended by Dr Khalid Saleh Al Shatef, Yemen’s Ambassador to Oman, and a number of Foreign Ministry officials.
