Oman welcomes announcement of ceasefire between Pakistan and Afghanistan

The Foreign Ministry welcomes the ceasefire agreement signed in Doha between the friendly Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Oman also expresses its appreciation for the efforts of the sisterly State of Qatar and the friendly Republic of Türkiye in reaching this agreement, voicing the hope that it will be sustained to achieve lasting and comprehensive peace between the two countries.
