Oman announces date for next round of Iran US talks

The Sultanate of Oman announced that the next round of talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States will be held on Friday.

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, said that the fifth round of talks will be held in the Italian capital, Rome, on May 23.

The fourth round, held in Muscat on May 11, was characterised by valuable and original ideas reflecting the shared desire of both the Iranian and American sides to reach an honourable agreement.
