Italy: Shabab Oman II docks in Civitavecchia

The ship Shabab Oman II of the Royal Navy of Oman docked at the port of Civitavecchia near Rome in Italy, as part of the outbound leg of its international voyage “Glories of the Seas 2025”.

The Voyage aims to promote cultural understanding and showcase Oman’s rich maritime and cultural heritage.

Leading the reception for the ship upon its arrival was His Highness Sayyid Nazar Aljulanda Majid Alsaid, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Italian Republic.

This voyage reflects the ambition of Omani youth and their passion for sailing and cultural exchange.

The ship's crew continued their journey after departing the Greek port of Katakolo, heading towards European ports.
