Political Undersecretary meets EU Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs

Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for  Political Affairs, met with Olof Skoog, Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs at the European External Action Service (EEAS).

The meeting reviewed the existing cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the European Union and discussed the proposed strategic partnership.

The officials also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Munther Almandhari, Head of the Ministry's Europe Department; Rua Alzadjali, Oman's Ambassador to Belgium and Head of Oman’s Mission to the European Union; and a number of officials from both delegations.
