Oman affirms its solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and rejects all forms of violence.

The call reviewed the military escalation in the region emphasising the need for international efforts to return to diplomatic means to resolve the conflict.

Sayyid Badr stressed the need to give the highest priority to diplomatic pressure to stop the Israeli and American war against Iran.

The statement includes attacks on sites in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq and Jordan.

The Ministers stressed the importance of respecting international law and addressing differences by peaceful means.

Oman calls upon Iraq to consider its fraternal relations with Kuwait, and the principles of good neighbourliness.

Under the patronage of Minister of Trade Dr Atheer Dawood Al Ghurairi, the 49th Baghdad International Fair 2026 was inaugurated in the capital Baghdad. The Sultanate of Oman’s pavilion saw active participation from a large number of Omani companies, under the auspices of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Foreign Ministers discussed regional developments, including ways to reduce and contain tension.

Sayyid Badr said the attacks threaten the stability of the region and complicate efforts to find solutions.
