Oman’s Ambassador to Bangladesh was sworn in before His Majesty.

The Decree appoints an Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

The discussions focused on strengthening economic relations and cooperation in the blue economy.

Rear Admiral Khondker Misbah Ul Azim presented a copy of his credentials.

Abdul Ghaffar Albulushi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, bade farewell to President Mohammed Shahabuddin on the occasion of the end of his tenure. During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the close cooperation he received from the Bangladeshi government authorities. The celebrations took place in the presence of Oman’s Ambassadors, alongside government officials, diplomats, cultural and academic figures and business leaders.

Sayyid Badr appreciated the Ambassador’s efforts to strengthen relations between Oman and Bangladesh.

They discussed the development of cooperation between Oman and Bangladesh.

Omani citizens currently in Bangladesh are advised to register with the Embassy.
