Oman’s Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines, Nasser Said Abdullah Almanwari, took part in the International Livestock and Aquaculture Exhibition Philippines 2024. Under the patronage of Francis Tolentino, a member of the Philippine Senate, the exhibition focused on the innovative production and manufacturing of poultry, livestock and aquaculture.
The invitation was addressed to His Majesty by His Majesty King Abdullah II.
The message was handed to Oman’s Foreign Minister during his meeting with Sudan’s Acting Foreign Minister.
The conversation covered achieving and sustaining security, stability and peace in the region.
Sayyid Badr expressed Oman’s solidarity with Iran during these painful times.
The officials praised the late President and his Foreign Minister for their roles in enhancing Omani Iranian relations.
Oman’s Ambassador to Turkey, Saif Rashid Saif Aljahwari, participated in a meeting held by the Turkish Interor Minister, Ali Yerlikaya, with the Ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in Ankara. Cordial conversations were exchanged and topics of common interest were discussed.
The conference has been organised in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross.
His Majesty Sultan sent a message of condolences to Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the demise of President Dr Ebrahim Raisi and the delegation accompanying him in a helicopter crash.
The meeting reviewed the good relations between Oman and Hungary.
