Dreaming of crafting stories that would move hearts, challenge minds and inspire, Marwan and his brothers founded creative factory XPAND in Oman in 2013. Their success combining storytelling with cutting edge technology led the brothers to launch Saudi Arabia’s first virtual production facility, Beyond, in 2022. With over eighty projects in its first two years, Beyond is among the world’s fastest growing studios.

Marwan’s academic background in architectural engineering motivated him to combine technical precision with his artistic knowledge to revolutionise filmmaking and digital content creation. Through XPAND and Beyond, he is elevating the GCC’s media industries onto the global stage, fostering innovation and inspiring the next generation of creators.
