Oman’s Embassy in Damascus, represented by Deputy Head of Mission Khalid bin Ali Hardan, took part in the opening of the second Investment in Renewable Energy and Electricity conference.

Oman’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr Saleh Amer Alkharusi, met Omar Saud Al Omar, Kuwait’s Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Communications Affairs. They discussed ways to strengthen economic and trade relations.

The Commercial and Investment Attaché at Oman’s British Embassy, Arwa Albalushi, spoke at a Women in Sports conference at Chelsea Football club in London to promote investment opportunities in sports tourism in the Sultanate. The conference showcased plans and initiatives to empower women in the sports industry.  

The Deputy Head of Oman’s Embassy in Tunisia, Abdullah bin Taher Baammar, attended the opening of the seventh Forum for Investment and Trade in Africa in Tunis at the invitation of the Tunisian-African Business Council. The meeting was attended by the Tunisian Industry, Mines and Energy Minister, Fatma Thabet Chiboub.

Oman’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Ahmed Ali Said Alrashidi, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Agriculture and Plant Industries Minister, Mahinda Amaraweera.
