Ali Alshanfari, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait, presented a copy of his credentials to Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly State of Kuwait.
