His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, concerning relations between the two friendly countries.

The message was delivered by Hamood Altowaiya, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, during a meeting with Maxim Ryzhenkov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Belarus, at the Belarusian Foreign Ministry in the capital, Minsk.
