Dr Muna specialises in English language, quality assurance, workplace productivity and strategic planning at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Dhofar. She contributes to community service by training people in many of these areas. Dr Muna has worked with Oman’s government on Ejada, a Vision 2040 mechanism to improve Ministry of Health services and efficiency. She holds a PhD in Computer Assisted Language Learning from the University of Reading, UK.
