Dr Fatima Al Raii is the Chair of the Business Owners Committee at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dhofar. A senior consultant and accredited coach, she is also an expert in administrative and human resources at the Ministry of Justice.

With over forty years’ of experience and a long family history crafting Dhofari incense, Dr Fatima combines traditional methods with entrepreneurial vision. She opened her own perfume company, With Regards, in 2007. She mentors Omani women through her Future Promise Initiative, helping hundreds of graduates enter the workforce and collaborating with training institutes at home and abroad.
