Royal Decree No. (28/2026) amends some provisions of the Common Customs Law of the GCC States, after the same was presented before the Council of Oman.

Article (1) states that the amendments attached to this decree shall be applied to the Common Customs Law of the GCC States, promulgated by Royal Decree No. 67/2003.

Article (2) cancels all that contradicts the amendments attached to this decree or contravenes their provisions.

Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publishing.
