His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik arrived in London this evening on a four-day State visit to the friendly United Kingdom.

Upon His Majesty’s arrival at Stansted Airport, he was received by Lord Henry Hood, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King and Head of the Mission of Honour. Lord Hood welcomed His Majesty and his accompanying delegation as honoured guests of the United Kingdom.

Also present to receive His Majesty were British officials; Badr Almantheri, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Kingdom, and staff from the Omani Embassy in London.

His Majesty King Charles III  and Her Majesty Queen Camilla will hold an official reception ceremony for His Majesty on Tuesday at Windsor Castle, in welcome of His Majesty’s gracious visit.
