His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued two Royal Decrees.

Royal Decree No. 90/2026 ratifies the technical cooperation agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Angola, signed in Luanda on 18 September 2026.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. 91/2026 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Angola concerning a mutual visea waiver for holders of diplomatic, private and service passports, signed in Luanda on 18 September 2026.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
