London, capital of the UK, will host the “Live Oman” initiative from 21 September to 4 October, 2026.

The event aims to showcase Oman’s urban development projects and investment opportunities to a broad international audience. It seeks to provide a direct platform for attracting investors and buyers from global markets, in line with the strategic direction of Oman’s unified promotional identity, and aims to present Oman to the world as an integrated destination for living, investment, tourism and business growth.

Oman brings strong competitive advantages to the event. It ranks third globally in the Quality of Life Index and is considered among the world’s safest and most stable countries. It also has more than 2,000 kilometres of coastline and is linked to markets in Asia, Africa and Europe through more than 105 international trade agreements.

The “Live Oman” pavilion will present a range of ownership and investment opportunities, with the participation of leading Omani property developers, aimed at expanding the international buyer base. Featured developments include Sultan Haitham City, Al Thuraya City and Muscat Bay, alongside promising investment opportunities in Oman’s free zones.

The initiative adopts an innovative international marketing model that takes opportunities directly to target markets through business meetings and closed-door sessions bringing developers together with decision-makers in the British market. It is targeting more than 55 key locations, including private members’ clubs, luxury hotels and wealth management offices in Mayfair, Marylebone and Belgravia.

The London campaign will be presented under the slogan “Reimagine Your Future”, reflecting a lifestyle in Oman that balances tranquillity, nature, quality of life and growth. It will focus on attracting prospective investors and residents seeking stability and secure property ownership that respects their cultural preferences.

These efforts are being coordinated with the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in London, which will support protocol arrangements and engagement with British investment organisations. Overall, the initiative represents an urban development approach that goes beyond conventional property promotion by presenting Oman as an integrated global destination combining security, economic opportunity and sustainable planning for the future.
