His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, concerning relations between the two countries.
The message was delivered by Hamood Altowaiya, the Sultanate of Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to Armenia, when he was received by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yerevan.
