His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 36/2025 ratifying the protocol on amending the agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of India on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion in relation to income taxes. The protocol was signed in Muscat on January 27, 2025.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned protocol in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
