Royal Decree No. (27/2026) applies the Uniform GCC Law of Industrial Regulation, after the same was presented before the Council of Oman.

Article (1) enforces the provisions of the Uniform GCC Law of Industrial Regulation attached to this decree.

Article (2) cancels the Uniform GCC Law of Industrial Regulation promulgated by Royal Decree No. 61/2008, as well as all that contradicts the law attached to this decree or contravenes its provisions.

Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced after 30 days from its date of publishing.
