His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. (32/2026) on ratifying the Sultanate of Oman’s joining the Convention Against Discrimination in Education, signed in Paris on 15 December 1960.
Article (1) ratifies the Sultanate of Oman’s joining the Convention Against Discrimination in Education in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) stipulates that departments concerned shall deposit the document of joining the abovementioned convention as per its provisions.
Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
