The Foreign Ministry announces that the Republic of Azerbaijan has decided to exempt citizens of the Sultanate of Oman from entry visa requirements. The measure will take effect from February 15, 2026 until February 15, 2027.

Omani citizens may enter the Republic of Azerbaijan and stay for up to 30 days without a prior visa. This applies to three visits during the year.

The Ministry draws the attention of citizens wishing to travel to Azerbaijan to the need for a passport which is valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Travellers should also hold health insurance that covers their period of stay. The Ministry wishes everyone a safe journey.
