Dr Abeer bint Ali Al Kalbani, Director of National Talent Development and Local Content at Mawarid Turbine, said the programme will begin this February within a clear industrial framework based on actual production lines and manufacturing requirements. It will focus on preparing a national workforce in blade manufacture and nacelle assembly. It will build practical competence and industrial discipline while strengthening applied understanding of internationally recognised quality and safety standards.
