His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik departed for the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria on a two-day state visit during which he will meet with President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

This visit comes in response to an invitation extended to His Majesty by President Tebboune. It reflects the strong ties between the two brotherly countries and aims to strengthen cooperation across various fields, while opening new horizons for partnership and investment that serve the mutual interests of the Sultanate of Oman and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
