Oman at G77 and China meeting in New York

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi took part in the 49th Annual Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the G77 and China, held under the chairmanship of the Republic of Iraq, on the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The meeting addressed key global development issues, foremost among them climate change, reform of international governance, and international financing. It reaffirmed the importance of strengthening solidarity and coordination among member states and supporting the group’s common positions in international forums.
