Oman's Foreign Minister chaired his final meeting of the MEDRC Executive Council which approved the appointment of the Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Undersecretary as the new chair.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and cooperation between Oman and Germany in the fields of economics, investment and renewable and green energy.
The meeting dealt with the growing bilateral relations with both sides stressing the importance of the visit of His Majesty to Germany and how it represented the start of a new era in the relations of the two countries.
