Royal Decree ratifies agreement between Oman and World Bank Group

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 102/2025 ratifying the agreement to establish an office for the World Bank Group in the Sultanate of Oman.

The agreement, signed in Washington D.C on October 14, 2025, is between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the following World Bank Group institutions: The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association, the International Finance Corporation, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.
