Royal Decree No. 95/2025 ratifying an Air Services Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 95/2025 ratifying the Air Services Agreement signed in Montreal on September 22, 2025, between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, reading as follows:

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) states that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
