The Arab Ministerial Council strongly condemned Israeli practices in the Gaza Strip, including killing, starvation, systematic destruction, and threats to the sovereignty of Arab states. It emphasised that these violations pose a direct threat to Arab national security and require a unified and firm Arab stance.

The Ministers stressed the necessity of an immediate cessation of the war and ensuring the unimpeded entry of humanitarian, medical, and food aid into the Gaza Strip. They called on the international community to uphold its responsibilities and compel Israel, as the occupying power, to respect international law and international humanitarian law.

The Council praised the countries that have recognised the State of Palestine and urged the remaining nations to expedite their recognition in support of the two-state solution and the advancement of a just and comprehensive peace process.

In the same context, the Council adopted a resolution on safeguarding Arab national security, affirming the rejection of interference in the affairs of Arab states and respect for their sovereignty. It emphasised the need to end the Israeli occupation and halt settlement activities, in addition to calling for placing all nuclear facilities in the region, including those of Israel, under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency as part of efforts toward the universality of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
