Oman and Vietnam hold consultations

Oman and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam held a fourth round of consultations in Muscat.

Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, chaired for Oman and Nguyen Minh Hang, Deputy Foreign Minister, chaired for Vietnam.

During the session they discussed bilateral relations in several fields, including economic, investment and cultural co-operation. They exchanged views on a range of regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Attendees included Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Housni, Head of the Asia and Pacific Department, and Hoang Huu Anh, Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, together with officials from both countries.
