Minister meets Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister in New York

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting in New York with Murat Nurtleu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

They reviewed the friendship and cooperation between Oman and Kazakhstan and the commitment to strengthen them in the fields of economy, investment, energy, and cultural and scientific exchange.

The two Ministers also exchanged views on key regional and international issues and affirmed the importance of continuing consultation and coordination in multilateral forums to promote security, stability and development.

A number of officials from both delegations attended the meeting.
