His Majesty issues two Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees, as follows:

Royal Decree No. 3/2026 ratifies the agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Spain on a mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, signed in Madrid on  November 5, 2025.

Royal Decree No. 4/2026 ratifies the Air Services agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, signed in Montreal on September 22, 2025.
