His Majesty issues three Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued three Royal Decrees.

Royal Decree No. 105/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital, signed in Salalah on September 3, 2025.

Royal Decree No. 106/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on mutual visa waiver for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports, signed in Muscat on November 24, 2025.

Royal Decree No. 107/2025 ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on work permits for spouses of official employees, signed in London on October 7, 2025.
