His Majesty issues three Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued three Royal Decrees.

Royal Decree No. 62/2025 ratifies an agreement signed in the City of Muscat on January 15, 2025 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the elimination of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with respect to Income Tax.

Royal Decree No. 63/2025 ratifies an agreement signed in the City of Muscat on May 27, 2025 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the reciprocal promotion and protection of Investments.

Royal Decree No. 61/2025 amends Royal Decree No. 3/2015 on ascribing the public utility status to the project of implementation of the first phase of the railway line from Al Buraimi Governorate to the Wilayat of Sohar.
