His Majesty issues Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 95/2025 ratifying the Air Services Agreement signed in Montreal on September 22, 2025, between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
