Formal reception for His Majesty in Algiers

A formal reception ceremony was held for His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik at the Presidential Palace in El Mouradia, Algiers, on the occasion of his visit.

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, was at the forefront of those welcoming His Majesty.

Upon His Majesty’s arrival at the Presidential Palace, he passed before the honour guard, saluted the flag and inspected the guard of honour.

His Majesty proceeded to greet senior Algerian officials, while President Tebboune greeted the official delegation accompanying His Majesty the Sultan.
