Senegal: Honorary Consul in Côte d’Ivoire appointed by Royal Letter

Ambassador Mohammed Alkathiri, Head of Mission of the Sultanate of Oman in Senegal, presented a Royal Letter to Billon David, appointing him as  Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman in Côte d’Ivoire.
