His Majesty issues three Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued three Royal Decrees.

Royal Decree No. (97/2025) ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on mutual waiving of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, signed in Muscat on October 26, 2025.

Royal Decree No. (98/2025) ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on mutual waiving of visas, signed in Minsk on October 6, 2025.

Royal Decree No. (99/2025) ratifies an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on international road transport of goods, signed in Minsk on October 6, 2025.
