Minister receives Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received Elmedin Konaković, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is on an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

The two Ministers held political consultations that covered cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance that cooperation in various political, diplomatic, economic and cultural fields in a manner that serves their mutual interests.

The two Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues and challenges of mutual interest, reaffirming their countries’ commitment to pursuing dialogue and peaceful, legal means to achieve stability and peace, and to addressing issues with fairness and wisdom.

They further underlined their shared keenness to develop tourism and educational opportunities, to encourage investment and reciprocal visits, and to promote interaction between the various sectors of both countries for mutual benefit.

The consultations were attended by Razim Čolić, the non resident Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Oman, along with a number of officials from both countries.
