Minister bids farewell to Tanzanian Ambassador

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received Fatma Mohammed Rajab, Ambassador of United Republic of Tanzania, to bid her farewell on the occasion of the completion of her tour of duty.

During the meeting, Sayyid Badr expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Ambassador, which contributed to strengthening the relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries and peoples.

The Ambassador expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation for the constructive cooperation she received from the Foreign Ministry and other institutions in Oman throughout her tenure. She also conveyed her thanks for the warm welcome and hospitality shown by the Omani people, which greatly facilitated the fulfilment of her diplomatic duties.

The meeting was attended by Sayyid Albalushi, Chief of Protocol; Dr Mohammed Albalushi, Head of the Africa Department ; and a number of officials from both countries.
