Oman and Colombia sign agreement on political consultations

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi met with Foreign Minister Rosa Villavicencio of the Republic of Colombia on the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The meeting reviewed the friendship and cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Colombia, with both Ministers reaffirming their commitment to further strengthen the partnership, particularly in the trade and economic fields.

The meeting also saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations between the two countries.

Officials from both delegations attended the meeting.
