Minister meets Ukrainian counterpart in New York

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha on the side lines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation between the two friendly countries, particularly in the economic and cultural fields.

The two Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments. They underlined the importance of dialogue and international cooperation as essential means to address common challenges and to achieve security and peace at both regional and global levels. A number of officials from both delegations attended the meeting.
