Foreign Ministry secures the return of a new group of citizens and other nationals

As part of the sixth phase of the Foreign Ministry's operation to bring Omanis home from Iran, and in coordination with the relevant authorities in the Sultanate of Oman and the Omani Mission in Tehran, the safe return of a new group of Omani citizens was secured via Bandar Abbas Port to Khasab Port.

The group included 28 Omani citizens, along with a number of nationals from other countries.

23 Omani citizens were also received at Muscat International Airport, arriving from the friendly Republic of Türkiye.

The Foreign Ministry reaffirms its commitment to continuing evacuation operations and mobilising all available resources, in coordination with the concerned authorities, to ensure the safety of citizens and facilitate their secure return to the homeland.
