Scheduled Iranian US talks in Muscat will not take place
Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, has announced via his official account on the X platform that the talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America, scheduled to take place in the capital, Muscat, on Sunday, will not now take place.
In his announcement, the Minister says that “diplomacy and dialogue remain the only path to achieving lasting peace,” reiterating the Sultanate of Oman's emphasis on the importance of adhering to peaceful paths to resolve disputes and work for the security and stability of the region and the world.
