President of Belarus receives His Highness Sayyid Theyazin
President Aleksandr Lukashenko of the Republic of Belarus received His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, at the Presidential Palace in the Belarusian capital, Minsk.
During the meeting, Sayyid Theyazin conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said to the Belarusian President, along with his best wishes for continued success and for the friendly Belarusian people to achieve their aspirations for stability and progress in all fields.
In return, President Lukashenko asked Sayyid Theyazin to convey his warm regards to His Majesty the Sultan, wishing him good health and lasting prosperity, and expressing his hopes for the Omani people to realise their ambitions across all sectors under His Majesty’s leadership.
The President praised the outcomes of his visit to the Sultanate of Oman, and the warm welcome and generous hospitality he received. He affirmed his country’s determination to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the economic, investment and trade sectors, in pursuit of mutual benefits that support both nations' economies.
The meeting also reviewed the progress achieved in bilateral cooperation and partnership. The discussions addressed ways to develop cooperation and investment in a manner that serves mutual interests.
Sayyid Theyazin expressed his great satisfaction with the growing and advancing cooperation between the two countries, hoping that efforts to elevate the partnership would continue to yield positive results and sustained achievements.
The meeting was attended by Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority, and several Belarusian officials.
