His Majesty and Lebanese President hold meeting

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik held a meeting with General Joseph Aoun, President the Republic of Lebanon, at Al-Alam Palace.

The meeting, saw an exchange of views on issues of interest to both countries. Emphasis was placed on the importance of enhancing opportunities for cooperation and partnership for the benefit of both countries and the two brotherly peoples, and to contribute to strengthening ties in various sectors, including the cultural, economic and development fields.

Senior officials from both the Sultanate of Oman and Lebanon attended the meeting.
